All items are made fresh to order and require a 30-minute timeslot. Pre-orders open up to a week in advance when the menu is live.
Shaved Ice Notice
Must be picked up within 5 minutes of your scheduled slot to prevent melting and guarantee quality.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are granted only upon prior agreement. Exchanges may be provided if the situation permits—any issues must be disclosed before leaving the pickup site, as this directly affects the decision.
