Ice'Jects ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Ice'Jects mobile app and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, phone number, order details, and delivery address/instructions when you place an order for pickup or delivery.
• Location information: approximate device location used to estimate delivery fees and route, and live location data shared while a delivery is in progress so you and our drivers can coordinate.
• Payment information: payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App). We do not store your full card or bank account numbers on our servers.
• Loyalty & account information: when you create an account, we store your name, email, and loyalty point balance, reward history, and wallet items.
• Notification preferences: your choices for receiving push notifications and emails about orders and promotions.
• Raffle, giveaway & referral entries: the name, email, and/or phone number you provide to enter a raffle or giveaway, the entry source (for example, social media or in-person), and referral information.
• Usage data: device identifiers, approximate location, and interaction data that help us operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To process, prepare, and deliver your orders and send you order status updates.
• To operate the loyalty rewards program, issue points, and fulfill wallet rewards.
• To run raffles, giveaways, and referral promotions, including contacting and verifying winners and delivering prizes.
• To send push notifications and emails about your orders and, where you opt in, promotions and offers.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To improve our menu, Service, and operations, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Cash App), delivery drivers assigned to your order, and service providers that help us run the app. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and loyalty records may be retained for longer where required by tax or business record-keeping rules.

6. Your rights & choices

• You can update your account details and notification preferences in the app under Account and Notification Settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• You may opt out of promotional notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app notification preferences.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
